This is the other image which won a silver award at the 2008 AIPP. Entering and watching the judging of the awards has been an interesting exercise. It gives you an in-site into the direction of photography and allows you to view the work of your peers. Even though the judging is subjective, and you may be surprised at what some images score, it is a really valuable exercise, particularly for students - good practice for assessment.

AIPP Awards
